As an architect, you will be responsible for making design choices, coordinate & oversee technical standards including software coding standard, tools and platforms. A deep knowledge of modern software development practices and the ability to lead and mentor a development team is good to have.\nWhat you’ll do:\nArchitecture Design and Strategy:\nDesign scalable, reliable, and high-performance architecture for web applications.\nDevelop and maintain architectural guidelines, standards, and best practices.\nEvaluate and promote new technologies and development stacks to ensure the team stays up to date with industry trends.\nUnderstand system and infrastructure requirements, including databases, caching, and deployment.\nDesign Patterns and Best Practices:\nApply and promote the use of design patterns and best practices in software development.\nConduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.\nContinuously assess and improve architectural processes and methodologies.\nStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.\nRoadmap and Product Vision:\nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and business goals.\nDefine and maintain the technical roadmap aligning with the product vision.\nEnsure the architecture supports future growth and scalability needs.\nTeam Collaboration and Leadership:\nWork closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.\nLead technical discussions, workshops, and training sessions to upskill the team.\nYour qualifications\nTechnical:\n· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n· Proven experience as a Technical Architect, or similar role.\n10 + years of designing and delivering .Net / SQL Server / Web Applications.\nWorking knowledge of software design and enterprise architecture patterns.\nIn-depth familiarity with Agile methodologies and pair programming is a plus\nExperience introducing new technologies & using open source solutions to solve problems\nDemonstrated experience with developing RESTful web services in production environment\nDemonstrated experience with unit/integration/functional testing.\nDemonstrated experience in the mechanisms source control, repositories, Wikis.\nDemonstrated experience in continuous integration.\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Stack technologies.\n.NET , Entity Framework, Web API, REST\nRDBMS - MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL (any of these).
