You'll be responsible for keeping teams aligned, managing dependencies, setting realistic delivery commitments, and ensuring releases stay on schedule. You'll work closely with product, engineering, DevOps, QA, data, and client-side teams. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity, this role is for you.\nKey responsibilities\nDelivery & Planning\nOwn project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments, providing realistic ETAs and trade-off options.\nRun Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.\nManage cross-team dependencies across development, DevOps, QA, and data teams.\nMaintain release calendars, deployment coordination, RAID logs, and escalation paths.\nTrack deployed, upcoming, and at-risk deliverables, ensuring timely QA sign-offs.\nStakeholder Management\nBe the single point of truth on project health, delivery status, risks, and timelines.\nPrepare weekly executive status reports and delivery dashboards.\nManage client expectations across multi-team programs and drive delivery through teams that may not report directly to you.\nRun alignment sessions across product, engineering, and client-side stakeholders.\nEscalate risks proactively with mitigation plans and clear recommendations or decision requests.\nSaaS Product Operations\nCoordinate phased rollouts, feature flags, and canary releases.\nCollaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipeline schedules and deployment dependencies.\nTrack SLA adherence, uptime commitments, and release readiness.\nCoordinate subscription tier migrations, data cutovers, and related delivery activities.\nQuality & Process\nFollow delivery governance practices and maintain clear project documentation.\nLead post-mortems and blameless retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities.\nTrack delivery metrics, including sprint spillover, cycle time, capacity, defects, velocity, and release predictability.\nPartner with QA on test planning, issue resolution, and release sign-offs.\nRequirements\nExperience\n8+ years in software delivery or project management.\nAt least 3 years as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent, managing multi-team Agile programs.\nProven experience managing end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients and distributed global teams.\nExperience coordinating client-side Scrum Masters, architects, QA, and other stakeholders without direct reporting authority.\nAbility to work full-time on a dedicated enterprise client account, with evening overlap with US Central Time.\nMethodology\nHands-on Agile/Scrum/Kanban expertise, including Scrum of Scrums and cross-team coordination.\nExperience with dependency management, risk mitigation, release planning, and delivery governance.\nAbility to translate business requirements into realistic delivery commitments, ETAs, and trade-off options.\nEducation\nB.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field.\nMBA in Operations/Product Management (preferred).\nTechnical proficiency\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira, including building custom queries and dashboards.\nWorking knowledge of Azure, .NET microservices, and CI/CD to assess technical dependencies and delivery timelines.\nAbility to track and report delivery metrics, including sprint spillover, cycle time, capacity, and defects.\nFamiliarity with Confluence, REST APIs, cloud concepts, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.\nCertifications (preferred)\nPMP - Project Management Professional.\nCSM - Certified Scrum Master.\nSAFe Agilist or PRINCE2 Practitioner.\nSkills & competencies\nRisk and Dependency Management\nExecutive Communication and Reporting\nAgile Delivery and Sprint Planning\nRoadmap and Release Planning\nCross-functional Leadership\nConflict Resolution and Escalation Management\nData-driven Decision Making\nDelivery Forecasting and ETA Management\nAzure DevOps/Jira Reporting and Dashboards\nTechnical Literacy\nCustomer and Stakeholder Management\nResource and Delivery Coordination\nBehavioural:\nHere are five essential behavioural skills a Technical Project Manager should possess:\nEffective Communication: Clearly and concisely convey project updates, requirements, risks, and feedback to team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring alignment and mutual understanding.\nLeadership and Mentorship: Guide cross-functional teams, encourage accountability, and drive outcomes even when team members do not report directly to you.\nProblem-Solving Attitude: Identify delivery risks early, evaluate trade-offs, and develop practical mitigation plans to overcome challenges.\nCollaboration and Teamwork: Work effectively with engineering, DevOps, QA, data, and client-side teams to achieve shared delivery goals.\nAdaptability and Flexibility: Manage changing priorities and requirements while maintaining clear commitments and focus on delivery objectives.\nWhat you’ll get in return:\nJoining Taazaa Tech means thriving in a dynamic, innovative environment with competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
