\nTurn business requirements and ideas into working applications.\n\nReview Figma designs and translate them into functional products.\n\nUnderstand business flows and challenge requirements when needed.\n\nDesign the database, APIs, and application architecture.\n\nBuild robust backend services using C# / .NET / ABP.\n\nConnect and work with React frontends.\n\nBuild complete End-to-End MVPs from scratch.\n\nImplement authentication, authorization, permissions, and Multi-Tenancy when required.\n\nWork with PostgreSQL / SQL.\n\nHandle basic deployment and production setup.\n\nFix issues and improve the product during the Pilot phase.\n\nBuild reusable components and solutions instead of reinventing the wheel.\n\nEstimate development effort before jumping into a new opportunity.\n\nDocument what you build so the solution can evolve with the business.\n\nUse AI coding assistants, Codex, LLMs, and automation tools to dramatically improve development speed and efficiency.\n\nRequirements\n2–5 years of software development experience.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with C# / .NET.\n\nSolid experience building REST APIs.\n\nExperience with ABP Framework is a major plus.\n\nComfortable working with React and able to move across the full stack.\n\nStrong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.\n\nGood understanding of Multi-Tenant Architecture.\n\nAbility to turn a Figma design into a real application.\n\nGood understanding of authentication, authorization, and permissions.\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.\n\nComfortable owning a feature or application from idea to delivery.\n\nStrong interest in AI-assisted development and hands-on experience with AI tools \n\nAbility to learn quickly and choose the right technology or approach for the
