You’re a strong communicator, a natural problem-solver, and a team player who brings a positive attitude and a good sense of humor to work.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTabaPay is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team across recruiting operations, candidate experience, and sourcing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the coordination and administrative side of recruiting while also wanting to develop their sourcing and full-cycle recruiting skills.\nYou’ll play an important role in keeping our hiring process organized and efficient, coordinating interviews, supporting candidates throughout the interview process, conducting reference checks, and arranging travel for candidates when needed. You’ll also partner closely with our recruiting lead to source candidates, support searches for select roles, and help identify qualified talent across technical and business functions.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and excited to contribute to a growing company where recruiting plays an important role in our success.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRecruiting Coordination & Administrative Support\nCoordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, managing calendars and ensuring a smooth, positive candidate experience.\nArrange candidate travel, including booking flights and coordinating logistics for onsite interviews as needed.\nGreet candidates and serve as a welcoming point of contact during onsite interviews.\nConduct candidate reference checks and coordinate the collection of feedback and other pre-employment information as needed.\nCommunicate with candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and ensuring they have the information they need.\nMaintain accurate candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring activity in Greenhouse, TabaPay’s applicant tracking system.\nAssist with job postings, interview materials, offer coordination, and other recruiting-related administrative tasks.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting coordination processes and help maintain consistent hiring practices.\nSourcing & Recruiting Support\nPartner with the recruiting lead to support hiring for select open roles across technical and business functions.\nSource potential candidates using LinkedIn, online platforms, professional networks, and other sourcing tools.\nReview applications, identify qualified candidates, and support initial candidate outreach and engagement.\nHelp build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.\nCollaborate with the recruiting lead and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.\nSupport recruiting projects and initiatives that improve the effectiveness of TabaPay’s hiring process.\nRequirements\n1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, administrative support, or a related role.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly approach to candidate interactions.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn and an interest in learning sourcing techniques and candidate outreach.\nExperience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), such as Greenhouse, is a plus.\nProactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.\nComfortable handling confidential candidate and employee information with discretion.\nWillingness to support onsite interviews and candidate travel coordination as needed.\nWhat Will Make You Successful\nYou take pride in creating an organized, seamless, and welcoming candidate experience.\nYou’re comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on recruiting support.\nYou enjoy connecting with people and are curious about what makes a candidate a great fit.\nYou follow through on details, communicate proactively, and look for solutions rather than waiting for direction.\nYou’re excited to learn, grow, and take on more recruiting responsibility over time.\nThe hourly rate for this role is $35/hr W2.\nThis is a 3 month contract to start.
