Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete Financial Management lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring total accuracy and transparency from groundbreaking to completion.
- Perform deep-dive Financial Analysis to optimize project budgets, identify variances, and mitigate financial risks.
- Manage critical Banking relationships and ensure seamless cash flow for On-site operations.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Management teams to align financial goals with project milestones and delivery schedules.
- Implement and maintain robust Cost Control measures to enhance overall project profitability.
- Prepare comprehensive Financial Reporting packages for senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements
5-10 years of proven experience in a dedicated accounting role, specifically within the Construction.
Expert-level mastery of Financial Analysis, Accounting principles, and Financial Management.
Strong background in Project Accounting and Cost Control methodologies.
Proficiency in ERP Systems and advanced financial software tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage Banking operations and complex cash flow requirements.
Must be able to work On-site in Giza, Egypt.
A relevant university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
The Experienced level leadership capability to manage financial operations independently and drive results.
