Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.\nWhat began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.\nAbout the role:\nWe are looking for a Financial Reporting Lead to support finance operations for our Saudi Arabia entity, ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong financial governance. This role will support and oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, treasury, audits, and internal controls while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and new product launches. As a key member of the finance team, you will help strengthen finance processes, maintain compliance with SAMA, ZATCA, SOCPA, and IFRS requirements, and contribute to building a scalable finance function in one of our fastest-growing markets.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and deliver the monthly, quarterly, and annual close for KSA, ensuring accuracy, timeliness (D+3 target), and completeness.\n Prepare IFRS financial statements with local (SOCPA) adjustments, along withsupporting schedules and reconciliations.\n\nApply IFRS (esp. IFRS 9, 15, 16) and SOCPA standards correctly in the financialstatements, and keep accounting positions well documented.\n\nPrepare and support ZATCA filings (CIT, Zakat, VAT, WHT, CTDF) and SAMAregulatory/prudential returns, ensuring they reconcile to the financial statements.\n\nPerform balance-sheet reconciliations and maintain the integrity of the generalledger.\n\nSupport provisioning and ECL calculations under IFRS 9 for customer and merchantreceivables.\n\nSupport external audits - prepare audit-ready financials with completedocumentation and act as a key contact for auditors on reporting matters.\n\nMaintain and strengthen internal controls, reconciliations, and segregation of dutiesacross reporting processes.\n\nSupport treasury and settlement reporting and related reconciliations (bankaccounts, merchant settlements).\n\nSupport intercompany and transfer-pricing reporting in coordination with Group Tax.\nDrive process improvements and support ERP (Oracle NetSuite) reporting, dataintegrity, and automation.\n\nMentor and review the work of junior finance team members.\nPartner cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations tosupport finance readiness for new product launches (wallet, BNPL, cards,\nremittance, loyalty/cashback).\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n3-5 years of experience in financial reporting, statutory reporting, or external audit, preferably in a fintech, bank, or Big 4 environment.\nStrong technical knowledge of IFRS (esp.
