You will work with large datasets to identify trends, monitor portfolio performance, and support data-driven decisions that balance growth with risk discipline. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with data, product and engineering teams to ensure healthy portfolio performance.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAnalyse portfolio performance, customer behavior, and key risk indicators across products and segments.\nUtilize big data analytics to identify risk patterns and insights. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor risk metrics and performance and present insights to leadership\nOptimize risk strategies and policies to support sustainable growth\nContribute to the design and rollout of new products and policies\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches in new markets and verticals\nContinuously seek to improve risk management processes and strategies through innovation and adopting best practices.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in risk management, fraud analytics, or a related data-driven role preferably in the Fintech sector or related financial services.\nStrong analytical skills and experience with SQL, Python or similar tools\nUnderstanding of consumer lending, digital wallets, transfers and fintech risk models\nAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced, high-growth environment\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.\n\nJob Benefits\nLocations\n\nWe hire candidates based within four hours of Dubai time, with remote work available in eligible locations.
