The experience is not always consistent or whole. Your mission is to look at the product the way one customer does, and make it feel like one ecosystem.\nThe B2C Life Cycle team owns that journey. In practice, that means activation: onboarding, communicating the value of each product, activating financial products, and getting the customer to a first transaction. After that, you design how we keep explaining the value so people come back and keep transacting. You will also work on the subscription and help develop the Tabby+ model.\nWhy join\nA rare brief: own how a customer experiences the whole app, not one feature inside one team\nConcrete problems with visible impact - first transaction, return, and a subscription people choose to keep\nA strong cross-functional team - product, research, content, and engineering - all invested in quality\nWhat you will be doing\nLook across consumer products and design the experience as one customer journey, so Tabby feels consistent and whole\nDesign onboarding that explains the value of the products in plain language and gets a new customer oriented\nDesign activation of financial products - Tabby Card, Tabby Cash, and BNPL - through to the first transaction\nDesign the moments and communication that bring people back after the first transaction and keep them transacting\nShape the subscription experience and help grow s part of the same journey\nWork with product teams that ship on their own, and hold the seams between their products so the customer does not feel the org chart\nWork closely with your Product Manager to unpack the problem and turn it into a design that serves both the customer and the business\nCollaborate with UX Researchers to validate assumptions, and with a UX Writer to make the value of each product clear\nPartner with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production\nWhat you will need\n5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time on consumer products at scale\nStrong systems thinking: you can hold several products in one journey, including states, edge cases, and the handoff from one product to the next\nAbility to simplify: you can take a fragmented, multi-product experience and make it feel like one product a person can move through\nStrong product thinking: you understand business goals and customer needs equally well, and you know how to balance them\nA portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI\nExperience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers\nHigh craft standards and real care for what reaches users\nYou know how to optimize your workflow with AI tools and use them to work faster and smarter\n\nNice to have\nExperience with fintech, consumer finance, subscriptions, or lifecycle work: onboarding, activation, retention\nExperience designing across several products that have to feel like one\nExperience with growth mechanics: first transaction, habit, and return\nExperience contributing to or working within a design system\nBenefits\nWe hire candidates based within four hours of Dubai time, with remote work available in eligible locations.
