Learn more at insightsoftware.com.\nThe Opportunity\nThe Global Benefits Lead is a key member of the Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics team. This role serves as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for U.S. and Canadian benefits while supporting the execution and continued development of our global benefits strategy.\nReporting to the Director, Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics, you will contribute insights and recommendations to benefits strategy, advise HR and business stakeholders, and translate strategy into effective programs, processes, and employee experiences. You will also provide direction to a Senior Analyst who supports employee inquiries and day-to-day North America benefits activities.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for an experienced benefits professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, global environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the administration of U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.\n\nPartner with the Director, Total Rewards and Workforce Analytics to develop and execute the global benefits strategy.\n\nCoordinate global renewals, implementations, and ongoing benefits activities with regional HR teams, brokers, carriers, and vendors.\n\nServe as a strategic advisor and escalation point for complex benefits and leave matters.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable U.S. and global benefits requirements and coordinate updates resulting from regulatory changes.\n\nManage broker and vendor relationships, including renewals, service delivery, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.\n\nEstablish operational rigor through scalable processes, standard operating procedures, controls, and documentation.\n\nUse data, technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and the employee experience.\n\nProvide guidance to the Senior Analyst, Total Rewards and other HR Operations Team members responsible for local benefits administration for North America, EMEA and APAC. Oversee delegated benefits activities.\n\nContribute to periodic compensation initiatives, such as Workday testing, data validation, communication reviews, and special projects as business needs and capacity allow.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nAt least seven years of progressive benefits or Total Rewards experience, including experience supporting multinational benefits programs.\n\nStrong U.S. benefits administration and compliance expertise.\n\nExperience administering both self-funded and fully insured health and welfare plans.\n\nExperience supporting global benefits compliance, renewals, or implementations across multiple countries.\n\nExperience managing brokers, carriers, consultants, and other benefits vendors.\n\nDemonstrated ability to develop scalable processes, documentation, and operating practices.\n\nStrong analytical, project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nAbility to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, changing environment.\n\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Workday Benefits, Workday Compensation, or a comparable HRIS.\n\nExperience supporting benefits programs in Canada, UK, the Netherlands, India, Australia, and Singapore.\n\nCEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or another relevant professional certification.\n\nThe salary range in United States of America for this position is 111,000.00 to 139,000.00 USD Annual.For sales roles, this range includes the commission target.
