This position will handle product demonstrations, pre-sales support and partner enablement for our budget consolidation business unit. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our sales and post-sales teams, providing expert guidance to prospects on how our products can address their specific business challenges. You should have a consulting mindset and experience mapping customer requirements to software solutions. This is a remote based role.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nTechnical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.\nClient Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and tailor presentations that demonstrate how our solutions can meet those requirements.\nProduct Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, highlighting the value and capabilities of our offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nSolution Design: Work closely with prospects to design custom solutions that align with their business processes and objectives.\nProposal Development: Assist in crafting detailed proposals and responses to RFPs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with prospect needs.\nFeedback Loop: Gather insights from prospect interactions to inform product development and enhance our solutions.\nQualifications\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales engineering, presales, solutions consulting or solutions engineering role, within the EPM, ERP, or financial software industry.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in EPM and/or ERP platforms and a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.\nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client challenges.\nYou will travel up to 40% of your time\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting a software platform/product in a customer-facing B2B environment.\nExperience with SAP and/or Oracle platforms.\nExperience with Rest APIs.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nThe salary range in United States of America for this position is 111,000.00 to 139,000.00 USD Annual.Your specific offer within this range will be determined by your skills, experience, and qualifications.
