Learn more at insightsoftware.com.\nJob Description:\nWe are seeking an experienced U.S. Benefits & Leave Administrator to provide temporary support to our Total Rewards team. This role will provide hands-on administration of U.S. health and welfare benefits and leave programs, with a focus on employee support, vendor coordination, issue resolution, and continuity of day-to-day benefits operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nRespond to employee benefits questions and resolve benefits-related inquiries and escalations.\nAdminister and support U.S. health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life, disability, and 401(k) programs.\nSupport leave administration, including FMLA, disability, parental and other company leaves, and coordinate with employees, HR, payroll, and leave vendors as needed.\nResearch and resolve enrollment, eligibility, deduction, carrier integration, and vendor issues.\nReview and reconcile benefits invoices and coordinate timely payment with Accounts Payable.\nPerform routine benefits audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve enrollment or data discrepancies.\nSupport qualifying life events, new-hire enrollments, terminations, and other benefits transactions.\nPartner with benefits carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators to resolve outstanding issues.\nDocument recurring processes, procedures, and outstanding items to support ongoing benefits administration.\nProvide additional benefits support as needed during the temporary assignment.\nQualifications\n3+ years of hands-on U.S. benefits administration experience.\nWorking knowledge of U.S. leave administration, including FMLA and disability programs.\nExperience working directly with benefits carriers and third-party administrators.\nAbility to independently research and resolve benefits issues with limited direction.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of employee inquiries and operational tasks.\nWorkday Benefits experience strongly preferred.\nExperience with Fidelity, Unum, Cigna, or similar benefits vendors is a plus.\nThe salary range in United States of America for this position is 0.00 to 0.00 .For sales roles, this range includes the commission target.
