You’ll make sure every guest has a seamless, memorable experience, and you’ll keep growing the team behind it. You’ll work closely with our sous chef, our centralised marketing team and HQ.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nOperations\n\nRun daily operations so service is smooth and efficient\n\nCoordinate with the sous chef to keep the kitchen and dining room in sync\n\nOversee inventory, procurement and vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts\n\nMaintain food quality, presentation and hygiene through regular checks and audits\n\nEnsure compliance with licensing, health and safety regulations\n\nAnticipate problems before they disrupt service, and fix them at the root\n\nPeople\n\nRecruit, train and supervise the team, including waitstaff, bartenders and kitchen staff\n\nPlan schedules, monitor performance, and coach and mentor staff\n\nBuild a positive culture of teamwork, mutual respect and genuine hospitality\n\nLead by example and keep the team aligned with Table & Apron’s values\n\nGuests\n\nBuild real relationships with our regulars and encourage repeat visits\n\nHandle feedback and complaints with professionalism and care\n\nLook for ways to make the dining experience better\n\nBusiness\n\nTrack revenue, costs and profitability, and manage the budget\n\nKeep accurate sales reports, staff records and inventory logs\n\nFind areas to control costs and improve performance\n\nMarketing\n\nWork with our centralised marketing team to run promotions and events in-store\n\nShare tenure\n\nSomeone who stays steady during peak season and keeps the team steady too\n\nA people person who walks into a room and brightens it\n\nComfortable with budgets, costing and rostering\n\nWine
