Success in this role requires ownership, adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nTo thrive in this role, you'll need:\n2+ years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Operations, Media Operations, or the AdTech industry.\nB.E. or B.Tech. degree in Computer Science or another graduate equivalent stream\nHands-on experience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager (DFP), FreeWheel, DV360, SSPs, DSPs, or similar ad serving platforms.\nStrong understanding of digital advertising terminology, including impressions, CTR, CPM, CPA, conversions, pacing, and campaign delivery.\nExperience monitoring and managing live advertising campaigns.\nExcellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.\nAdvanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including experience preparing operational reports.\nHigh level of English, both written and spoken.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong customer orientation with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver with flawless execution.\nWillingness to work rotational shifts as required.\nBonus points if you have:\nExperience working with video advertising campaigns.\nExperience with CTV advertising.\nExperience working on the publisher side of the advertising ecosystem.\nFamiliarity with Google Ad Manager (DFP), FreeWheel, or DV360.\nExperience working directly with advertising agencies and media planners.\nHow you’ll make an impact:\nAs an Ad Operation Specialist, you’ll bring value by: \nExecuting day-to-day operational activities related to digital advertising campaigns while ensuring accurate and timely campaign delivery.\nMonitoring live campaigns and proactively identifying delivery or performance issues.\nReviewing campaign metrics such as impressions, CTR, CPA, conversions, and pacing, and communicating campaign status to internal stakeholders.\nWorking closely with Enterprise Account Managers to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.\nCollaborating with Product, Support, R&D, and Business teams to resolve campaign-related issues and improve operational efficiency.\nCommunicating directly with agencies and external partners regarding campaign timelines, creative assets, delivery requirements, and campaign status.\nPreparing daily and ad hoc reports to support business decisions and customer communication.\nBecoming a subject matter expert on Taboola's advertising platforms and operational workflows while continuously identifying opportunities to improve operational excellence.\nWhy Taboola?\nIf you ask Taboolars what they love about working here, they’ll tell you that they’ve been empowered to realize their full potential while growing and learning from and with smart and talented people.
