We manage a global portfolio of publishers who come in all different shapes and sizes and are their champions when it comes to all things performance - and we’re looking for an Account Manager to join us on this adventure.\nYou will own a large portfolio of existing global accounts, and your priority will be seeking out ways to optimise and grow their revenue and jumping on any opportunity you have to discuss these with them. You will use data and your excellent communication skills to explain the value proposition of these optimisations, and with 800 clients in your portfolio, you’ll know how to prioritize and manage your time effectively. \nThis is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is hungry to build off any initial sales experience and wants to learn the ins-and-outs of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.\nTo thrive in this role, you’ll need:\nHave 2 - 4 years client facing experience in sales or account management capacity\nHave a data-driven / analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills\nHave the ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment \nAre self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable dealing with ever-evolving situations, processes and product\nAre a team player who is ready to collaborate with a high performing team\nHave the ability to work independently to meet deadlines\nBonus points if you have:\nPrior experience in or understanding of the ad-tech space\nOptional qualification: Fluency in French or German (native or professional level)\nHow you’ll make an impact:\nAs an Optimise Account Manager, you will: \nBe an expert on how to achieve success with Taboola’s product offering for small and medium-sized publisher partners\nIdentify upsell opportunities by using data and an analytical mindset\nUse your consultative skills to speak with our publisher partners via video conferencing and the phone, understand their objectives and suggest ways that Taboola can help them get there\nIdentify, pitch and close upsell opportunities at scale\nOwn quarterly revenue and activity targets\nCollaborating with internal teams to improve client experience.\nWhy Taboola?\nIf you ask Taboolars what they love about working here, they’ll tell you that they’ve been empowered to realize their full potential while growing and learning from and with smart and talented people.
