You’ll work across international tax matters, support key business decisions, help manage tax risks, and contribute to the success of a fast-growing, publicly traded tech company.\nTo thrive in this role, you'll need:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Finance, or a related field.\n5+ years of tax experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm or multinational company.\nStrong knowledge and experience in international tax principles and transfer pricing.\nDeep understanding of Israeli and/or US tax regulations.\nExperience with global tax compliance and reporting, including direct and indirect taxes such as income tax, VAT, GST, Sales Tax, and DST.\nExperience supporting tax returns and international tax reporting requirements.\nExperience working on tax planning, tax risk assessment, and cross-border tax matters.\nExperience working on tax accounting.\nBonus points if you have:\nCPA or ADV equivalent.\nFamiliarity with US GAAP and ASC 740.\nHow you’ll make an impact:\nHelp ensure compliance with global tax obligations, including VAT, GST, Sales Tax, DST, and income tax.\nSupport the preparation and review of tax returns, CbC reports, Pillar 2 reports, and tax provisions under ASC 740.\nContribute to developing and implementing tax planning strategies to optimize Taboola’s tax position while managing risks.\nSupport transfer pricing and intercompany arrangements across Taboola’s global operations.\nAssist in managing tax audits, proactively identifying and addressing tax risks across jurisdictions.\nPartner with internal teams and external advisors on tax-related matters, while helping streamline tax processes and stay current with evolving tax laws.\nWhy Taboola?\nIf you ask Taboolars what they love about working here, they’ll tell you that they’ve been empowered to realize their full potential while growing and learning from and with smart and talented people.
