You'll serve as the connective tissue between customers and product, translating complex requirements into clear solutions while partnering with implementation, customer success, product, and engineering to own the path from scoping through launch. This role sits at the intersection of go-live and long-term adoption, and the solutions you deliver often shape the core product roadmap.
