The Client Success Manager is the bridge between Sales and the delivery functions - translating sponsor expectations into operational and systems requirements.\nYour profile\nWhat you'll be doingYou'll be the primary point of contact for sponsors from the moment a contract is signed through to post-event reporting. You'll help our sponsors:\nUnderstand and maximise their event investment \nExecute campaigns and activations successfully \nDrive attendance and engagement \nFacilitate valuable introductions and meetings with a white glove service for our key partners\nNavigate event platforms and technologies \nAchieve measurable business outcomes \nYou'll collaborate closely with all departments - including Sales, Marketing, Production, Event Delivery and Systems - to ensure every sponsor receives a seamless experience.\nWhat we're looking for\nWe're less interested in job titles and more interested in finding someone who loves working with clients and helping them succeed.
