fund allocations to ensure accurate financial planning.\nCompliance and Regulatory Adherence:\nEnsure adherence to RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory guidelines governing alternative investment platforms.\nHandle statutory audits, tax filings (GST, TDS, etc. ), and other compliance requirements.\nLiaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory authorities for financial compliance.\nFund Management and Investor Reporting:\nOversee fund disbursements, reconciliations, and payment processing.\nMaintain accurate investor records and generate periodic investor reports.\nCollaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transaction processing and fund settlements.\nRisk Assessment and Internal Controls:\nImplement and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks.\nIdentify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance financial efficiency.\nEnsure the integrity and security of financial data.\nTeam Leadership and Collaboration:\nSupervise and mentor junior team members in the accounts and finance department.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, Compliance, and Operations to streamline processes.\nRequirements:\nEducation: CA/CPA/ICWA or equivalent professional qualification.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, fund management, and compliance in the financial services or investment sector.\nPrior experience in managing financial operations in an alternative investment platform, NBFC, fintech, or wealth management firm preferred.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.\nProficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or similar platforms.\nExcellent knowledge of MS Excel and other financial modelling tools.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.\nExcellent communication and leadership
