Remove waste paper and garbage from the premises to selected area; damp wipe containers.\nEmpty and clean all ash trays, monitor all sand urns supply and restore sand as required.\nDust all image frames, charts, graphs and wall hangings\nDamp dust all ceiling and air condition diffusers, partition grilles, register and other ventilating louvers\nVacuum all mats and carpeted areas in workplace, lobbies, and corridors.\nHand dust and clean all office furnishings, files, fixtures, paneling, window sills and all other flat surfaces\nWipe clean and buff all mental hardware fixtures and added bright work\nAppropriately clean and police tile floor services as required.\nDamp wipe and buff all glass furnishings\nClean entry door glass indoors and outer surface\nRemove all stains from vertical surfaces such as doors, door frames, and around light switches, private entry glass and dividers\nWash, clean and sterilize all water coolers\nSweep private stairways, and vacuum if carpeted\nClean building floors, by sweeping and mopping\nClean and sanitize, and restock supplies in bathrooms\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMust be able to follow written and oral directions\nMinimum of 6 months of experience in a janitorial type position.\nBenefits:\nNine paid holidays annually\n5 Personal Days\nVacation time offered 1 year, 40 hours, 2 years, 80 hours, 10 years, 120 hours and 25 years, 160.
