работа с Финтабло: разнесение платёжных операций по статьям, внесение данных по начисленной зарплате и налогам; сверка остатков по счетам, внесение данных по обязательствам;\n подготовка платёжных поручений, выгрузка их в систему Клиент-банк;\n выгрузка банковских выписок в учетную систему 1 С, распределение платежей в разрезе проектов, на основании информации, полученной от команды проекта;\n контроль правильности отражения в бухгалтерском учете остатков на счетах учета денежных средств;\n подготовка писем контрагентам о возврате излишне уплаченных денежных средств;\n ведение взаиморасчётов с подотчетными лицами;\n прием и обработка первичной документации (контроль наличия, распределение в разрезе проектов компании, внесение данных в 1С);\n взаимодействие с контрагентами (сверка расчетов с поставщиками, решение вопросов, связанных с корректировкой и возвратом документов);\n работа с системами электронного документооборота (Контур.Диадок, 1С);\n архивирование и хранение документов;\n помощь руководителю в подготовке документов и ответов на требования ИФНС, СФР;\n ведение взаиморасчётов по договорам ГПХ и с плательщиками НПД (самозанятыми), подготовка договоров, актов выполненных работ с исполнителями.\n Требования:\n Опыт работы от 3 лет;\n Опытный пользователь программных продуктов: 1C, Office;\n Внимательный к мелочам, умеющий концентрироваться на задачах;\n Грамотная устная и письменная речь, доброжелательный и уважительный к коллегам;\n Ответственный и инициативный;\n Желающий обучаться и находить нужную информацию.\n Условия:\n Официальное трудоустройство;\n Руководитель, который заботится о своих сотрудниках и создает благоприятную рабочую среду;\n Регулярная (два раза в месяц) выплата заработной платы;\n Офис в 10 -ти минутах пешком от станции Сходня (Химки) с кофемашиной и печеньками;\n Возможность 1 (один) день в неделю работать из дома;\n График 5/2, с 10:00 до 19:00 часов, обед 1 час, суббота и воскресенье
