This role will play a critical part in expanding and enhancing our rewards platform-ensuring our members have access to best-in-class redemption options and exclusive travel experiences.\nYou’ll work closely with founders and cross-functional partners across partnerships, product, finance, and operations to build and scale a world-class loyalty network for a high-growth fintech platform.\nYour Responsibilities\nOwn and manage relationships with airline and hotel loyalty partners\n\nSupport negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements, including commercial terms and integrations\n\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to launch and maintain partner integrations\n\nManage ongoing partner performance, identifying opportunities to optimize value for both Taekus and partners\n\nCoordinate marketing and promotional initiatives with partners to drive engagement and usage\n\nHelp develop new partnership opportunities across global travel providers\n\nMonitor industry trends across airline and hotel loyalty programs to inform strategy\n\nSupport expansion of Taekus’s global rewards ecosystem\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or loyalty programs\n\nExperience working with airline, hotel, or travel loyalty programs (or adjacent fintech/rewards platforms)\n\nStrong understanding of loyalty ecosystems, points economics, and partner structures\n\nExperience negotiating and managing external partnerships\n\nAbility to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives simultaneously\n\nStrong communication and relationship management skills\n\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance\n\nBuilder mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment\n\nYou’d Love This Job If\nYou want to build and expand a premium global travel loyalty network\n\nYou enjoy working directly with external partners and structuring strategic deals\n\nYou’re excited to operate at the intersection of fintech, travel, and rewards\n\nYou thrive in high-ownership roles with direct impact on company growth\n\nAbout Taekus\nTaekus is a 6-year-old luxury financial services company that offers travel rewards credit cards, debit cards, and other banking services for the affluent market.
