satisfaction.\n\nStay up-to-date with Freezone procedures, policies, and updates to ensure accurate communication with clients.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.\n\nRequirements:\nProven experience working in a Freezone environment (e.g., customer service, administrative, or licensing support roles).\n\nMinimum of 3 years in a customer service or call center role.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).\n\nStrong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.\n\nProficient in MS Office and CRM systems.\n\nFlexible to work shifts, including weekends if required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with UAE Freezone regulations and services.\n\nExperience handling inquiries related to business setup, licensing, or visa processes in Freezones.\n\nMultilingual capabilities are a
