We foster a data-centric mindset, and are now working on deriving valuable insights for our customers leveraging AI.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an innovative, highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our cutting-edge team, Hyderabad, India. In this role, the candidate will be at the forefront of developing both traditional predictive AI models as well as implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques with generative AI models.\nAs a key member of our Engineering / Data team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a diverse range of AI solutions. These solutions may include real-time risk intelligence prediction, a conversational assistant and workflow automation using AI. Your expertise will span both conventional predictive analytics and the latest advancements in generative AI and have an opportunity to lead and drive the solution to end to end.\nResponsibilities\nUnderstand the AI solution we are trying to provide to the customers, understand the data needs to effectively create that solution and do any data gap analysis as needed\nTrain and deploy traditional predictive AI models for risk intelligence and optimization in supply chain and logistics\nDesign and build conversational AI assistants leveraging existing open source LLMs and applying RAG using the enterprise data\nBridge the gap between predictive and generative AI, creating hybrid solutions that leverage the strengths of both approaches\nAnalyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights for both predictive and generative AI applications\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration across our product suite\nStay abreast of the latest developments in both predictive and generative AI, incorporating new techniques into our workflow\nQualifications\nMaster’s degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in data science, with demonstrable projects in both predictive and generative AI\nStrong proficiency in developing traditional machine learning models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering)\nHands-on experience with generative AI models and RAG techniques\nExpertise in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)\nFamiliarity with vector databases and information retrieval systems\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving requirements\nPreferred:Experience in supply chain, IoT, or logistics industries\nKnowledge of GCP and AWS cloud and AI platforms\nFamiliarity with MLOps practices and tools\nExperience with natural language processing (NLP) and large language
