Let’s grow together!\n\nKey Responsibility:\n\nConduct research to identify potential customers within the target market.\n\nUse tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and email marketing to engage with prospects.\n\nQualify inbound leads through calls, emails, and social media outreach.\n\nMaintain and update CRM with detailed prospect information and interactions.\n\nTrack leads and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.\n\nInitiate contact with decision-makers, introduce the company’s products/services, and uncover potential opportunities.\n\nUtilize a mix of cold calls, personalized emails, and follow-up campaigns.\n\nWork closely with the sales team to strategize on lead conversion.\n\nProvide feedback to the marketing team to optimize campaigns and messaging.\n\nMeet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, such as meetings scheduled, leads generated, and revenue influenced.\n\nPrepare reports to highlight progress and challenges.\n\nQualification and Skills:\n\nMinimum Experience - 2 years.\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nProficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Leadsquared).\n\nStrong research and analytical abilities.\n\nSelf-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\n\nExperience with International Clientele preferred. \n\nComfortable working in US-shift (7:00 PM to 4 AM)\n\nExtremely critical about activity and revenue targets and every action of yours is focussed on achieving them. \n\nAny foreign language would be a plus.
