{"id":1521589,"url":"https://alion.io/job/taggd-service-line-head-data-analytics","title":"Service Line Head - Data & Analytics","company":{"id":2003417,"name":"Taggd","domain":"taggd.in","url":"https://alion.io/company/taggd","size_band":null,"is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":null,"truth_index":null},"role":"Analytics","role_family":"Analytics","seniority":"head","employment_type":null,"work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Mumbai, India"],"countries":["IN"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":{"min_usd":23000,"max_usd":52000,"period":"year","method":"global_role_cell_scaled_by_country","sample_n":264},"experience_years_min":18,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Snowflake","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-09-30T11:15:58Z","employer_posted_date":null,"last_verified_at":"2026-09-30T11:15:58Z","board_verified":false,"closed_at":null,"days_open":6,"trust":{"level":"not_scored","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":6},"description":"About the Opportunity : \n\nWe are hiring a Service Line Head - Data & Analytics for the India GCC of a global manufacturing organization.\n\nThis role will lead and scale the Data & Analytics practice, driving technology strategy, capability building, governance and delivery excellence in alignment with global business priorities.\n\nLocation : Mumbai\n\nExperience : 18 - 20 years\n\nReporting to : India GCC Leader\n\nQualification : \n\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Data Science\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Define and execute the Data & Analytics strategy and capability roadmap for the India GCC.\n\n- Build and strengthen capabilities across Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, BI & Analytics, Data Governance and Data Quality.\n\n- Lead a team of approximately 200 - 250 employees, with planned growth to 300 - 400 over the next year.\n\n- Manage architects, practice leads and delivery managers across multiple D&A streams.\n\n- Lead distributed global teams and collaborate with global technology and business stakeholders.\n\n- Drive adoption of modern data platforms, automation, AI-enabled solutions and GenAI.\n\n- Develop reusable assets, frameworks, best practices and scalable delivery models.\n\n- Establish strong governance and quality standards to improve delivery consistency and business impact.\n\n- Partner with CIOs, CTOs, global D&A leaders and internal technology service lines.\n\n- Build leadership capability and support talent development across the practice.\n\nCandidate Requirements : \n\n- 18 - 20 years of overall experience with strong leadership exposure in Data & Analytics.\n\n- Proven ownership of a D&A practice, service line or Centre of Excellence.\n\n- Experience managing teams of approximately 100 - 150 employees or more.\n\n- Demonstrated experience leading teams across countries or regions.\n\n- Strong technology depth across Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Governance and Cloud Data Platforms.\n\n- Relevant exposure to Snowflake, MLOps, GenAI and modern data ecosystems.\n\n- Track record of building capabilities, scaling teams and defining technology roadmaps.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience engaging senior global leaders.\n\n- Willingness to travel internationally approximately once per quarter.\n\nPreferred Background : \n\n- D&A Practice Leaders, COE Heads or Service Line Leaders from mid-sized GCCs, manufacturing GCCs or specialized Data & Analytics organizations.\n\n- Senior leaders with broad practice ownership who are ready to lead a larger global mandate.\n\n- The role requires technology and practice leadership beyond delivery management.
