IC.\nAct as the client's single point of contact for scope, timelines, demos, and escalations.\nBring product thinking: prioritise what to build first and what to leave out.\nHas led client conversations — requirement discussions, demos, and stakeholder management.\nHas led engineers to deliver projects on time — planning, code and design reviews.\nCan handle difficult situations — escalations, scope changes, tight deadlines, and tough client conversations.\nOwn end-to-end project delivery — scope, timelines, quality, and outcomes.\n\nThe core requirements for the job include the following:\n\nMust have: \nStrong Python, with hands-on experience in frameworks like FastAPI and Django.\nDatabases: SQL and NoSQL, schema design, query optimisation.\nCaching: Redis or similar.\nSystem design: APIs, queues, scalability, failure handling.\nAgent loops: tool calling, state, retries, stopping conditions.\nAgent architecture: single vs multi-agent, orchestration, memory, human-in-the-loop.\nLLM engineering: prompting, RAG, structured outputs, evals.\nProduct thinking.\nOwnership: accountable for project delivery end-to-end.\n\nGood to have: \nAgent frameworks
