The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize integrations that support Tailored Brands’ strategic business objectives, while continuously driving innovation and efficiency across systems.\nWhat You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities\nAnalyze, design, and implement integration solutions for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.\nContribute to the design and development of secure, scalable integration solutions, following established architecture standards and best practices.\nIntegrate data from multiple sources, ensuring compatibility and reliable data flow between on-premises and cloud platforms.\nDevelop and maintain integration pipelines, with a focus on Google Cloud Dataflow, to support business and data use cases.\nCreate and maintain documentation for data flows, integration points, and configurations to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing.\nMonitor integration pipelines, identify performance issues, and troubleshooting failures to ensure system reliability.\nWork with project stakeholders to support delivery timelines, manage assigned tasks, and communicate progress and risks.\nInvestigate and resolve technical issues, applying sound problem-solving skills and escalating when appropriate.\nCollaborate with team members and contribute to integration and data initiatives as an active team participant.\nPartner with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.\nWhat You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience\n5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise integration solutions.\nHands-on experience with cloud integration technologies such as Google Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler/Composer, GCP Application Integration, and Apigee, along with development using Java and frameworks like Apache Beam and Maven.\nWorking knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with XML and JSON technologies, including XSLT, XPath, and XSD, and familiarity with enterprise integration platforms such as the TIBCO suite.\nExposure to messaging systems such as IBM MQ and API gateway technologies.\nExperience developing and consuming SOAP and RESTful web services, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug integration issues.\nUnderstanding of SOA principles and API design best practices, with experience contributing to REST API implementations.\nFamiliarity with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DB2, or SQL Server, as well as Google Cloud databases like Cloud SQL, and BigQuery, with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.\nExperience using testing and debugging tools such as SoapUI, Postman, JMeter, and unit testing frameworks like JUnit.\nProficiency with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development.\nExperience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and project managers.\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks, with a strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to seek guidance when needed.\nAdaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies, especially within cloud and integration ecosystems.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nIf you see yourself in this role, but fall short in any areas above, apply anyway!
