At Tailored Brands, we value differences and know they make us better.\nAbout the Job\nWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Compliance Analyst Design Assistant to join our distribution team. This individual will possess specialized knowledge and support Tailored Brands Vendor Compliance programs by monitoring vendor adherence to operational standards and driving corrective actions that improve performance, reduce operational disruption, and recover costs. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution Centers, Inventory Management, and Retail Operations to ensure consistent execution of vendor compliance expectations.\nWhat You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities\nMonitor vendor compliance with routing, delivery, packaging, labeling, and ASN requirements\nManage vendor chargebacks, including assessment, documentation, dispute resolution, and recovery\nDevelop and maintain vendor performance scorecards and operational reports\nIdentify trends and root causes of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions\nMaintain and enforce the Vendor Routing Guide and compliance guidelines\nServe as a primary contact for vendor compliance questions and issue resolution\nPartner cross-functionally to improve compliance execution and reduce downstream operational impact\nSupport process improvement initiatives and maintain compliance-related SOPs\nSkills & Experience\n2-3 years of experience in Vendor Compliance, Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution, or Retail Operations\nExperience supporting vendor chargebacks or compliance enforcement programs preferred\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools preferred\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to communicate clearly with vendors and internal partners\nDetail-oriented with strong data accuracy and follow-through\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n· Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven\nWork Environment, Physical & Mental Demands\n· Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.\n· Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis.\n· Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment.\n· Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from our Houston Texas distribution center.\nPlease note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary.
