complex healthcare workflows across the patient treatment journey.\nYou’ll work on creating intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and execute actions using tools, APIs, and external systems.\nYour work will involve:\nDesigning multi-agent architectures where specialized agents collaborate to complete complex tasks\nDeveloping tool-based agent capabilities that integrate with internal services, healthcare APIs, and third-party systems\nDesigning prompting strategies, agent orchestration frameworks, and execution pipelines\nImplementing robust, observable, and production-grade AI systems\nBuilding evaluation frameworks and guardrails to ensure reliability and compliance\nWorking with backend systems and cloud infrastructure to scale agent execution\nRequirements:\nB.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent\n5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with strong programming skills in Node.js, Python, or similar backend languages,\nbuilding and operating complex, large-scale systems in cloud environments\nStrong system design skills and ability to translate product ideas into scalable architecture\nExperience building AI-powered systems using LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)\nExperience designing automated workflows or tool-based AI systems that interact with APIs and external services\nStrong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in a fast-moving environment, explore new technologies quickly, and collaborate closely with product and engineering\nteams\nHigh level of
