Your ultimate goal will be to help us achieve our business objectives while providing an outstanding experience for our guests.\nTailwind encourages Veterans and Military family members to apply!\nResponsibilities to Include but are not limited to:\nPartners with the GM to lead a rock star team.\nEnsure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.\nMaintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations.\nAssist in scheduling staff in their work assignments.\nHandle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.\nResponsible to monitor as well as take action to make sure food quality service standards are met.\nResponsible for verifying temperatures, judging appearance as well as taste of products, checking preparation methods to define quality.\nMinimizing loss misuse.\nEnsure safe, responsible and legal serving of all alcoholic beverages.\nEnsure that equipment is maintained as outlined in the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program.\nEnsure stock levels are maintained by calculating inventory, ordering as well as retrieving supplies plus stocking by stooping, bending, lifting heavy articles reaching overhead.\nQualifications:\nCapable of working in a standing position for long periods of time.\nCapable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.\nSome weekend days are required as well as mornings and evenings.\nRequirements:\nMust be able to pass background check.\nManagement background in Food and Beverage.\nStrong kitchen and grill experience.\nMust have reliable transportation.\nBenefits:\nPaid training. \nEmployee discount. \n401k\nPTO\nHealth, Dental and Vision offered to Full time employees. \nTailwind Concessions is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
