This role provides financial leadership, analysis, compliance oversight, reporting, and business partnering to help drive business performance and support our continued growth.\nAbout the Role\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accounting professional who enjoys working in an international environment, partnering with leaders across multiple countries, and influencing business decisions through sound financial management and commercial insight.\nAs EMEA Accounting Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of our EMEA entities while providing valuable financial insight and support to business leaders across the region. You'll play a key role in financial reporting, statutory compliance, forecasting, business partnering, and process improvement within a global finance function.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead month-end accounting and financial reporting activities for all EMEA entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS.\n\nPrepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nProvide financial analysis, forecasting support, variance reporting, and business partnering to regional and global stakeholders.\n\nEnsure compliance with VAT, statutory, regulatory, and local reporting requirements across the EMEA region.\n\nManage intercompany accounting, transfer pricing adjustments, sales commission calculations, and coordination of external audits.\n\nPartner with outsourced providers and internal teams to support local GAAP reporting, budget management, process improvements, and ad hoc finance projects.\n\nAbout You\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:\nACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.\n\nAt least 5 years' experience in an international accounting environment.\n\nStrong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, reconciliations, and statutory accounting.\n\nExperience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, SAP R/3, or Fiori.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and broader MS Office skills.\n\nFluent English and German language skills; French would be advantageous but is not essential.\n\nThe ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.\n\nStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to partner with leaders across the business.\n\nWe are proud to be a Great Place to Work® certified employer for two consecutive years.\nAbout Us\nFor more than 50 years, Tait Communications has been designing, delivering, and supporting critical communications networks for public safety, transportation and utility customers around the world.
