You can balance technical excellence with practical delivery outcomes and are comfortable making decisions in complex or ambiguous environments.\nTo be successful in this role you’ll bring:\nExtensive experience in developing software applications that operate on the internet across various devices (e.g. Android, iOS, Embedded Linux). Experience in Kotlin would be an advantage.\nExperience with strongly typed languages such as C++ or similar.\nProficiency in integrating multiple systems into cohesive solutions. \nProven ability to analyse complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. \nFamiliarity with cloud application development and deployment principals.\nStrong interest and experience in testing, with a focus on automatic test development.\nStrong understanding of architectural concepts and practices, with experience leading their development in a team environment.\nSolid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in managing it effectively.\nA collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute to team success while sharing expertise.\nClear and effective communication skills to align with stakeholders, project goals and contribute to a positive team environment.\nA passion for continuous improvement, including process enhancements and technical improvement as well as developing yourself.\nNgā painga - What’s in it for you?\nWe are an employer that is committed to making a difference for families and communities and supporting people to build rewarding careers.
