particularly connecting Oracle NetSuite with ZenHR, and assist in troubleshooting related integration issues.\nMonitor and resolve IT incidents independently within the assigned scope, escalating complex issues when necessary.\nMaintain accurate documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.\nProvide technical assistance to employees and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations.\nCoordinate with relevant teams and service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain system functionality.\nRequirements\nAt least 2 years of relevant IT support or IT technician experience is preferred.\nStrong practical knowledge of desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and Windows operating systems.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications.\nPractical understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Wi-Fi.\nGood understanding of system integration concepts, with the ability to support integrations between business systems such as NetSuite and ZenHR.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.\nAbility to work independently, manage technical incidents, and communicate effectively with end users.\nVisa Sponsorship: Work visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates applying
