As our Content & Activation lead, you’ll craft the narratives, curate the moments, and orchestrate the activations that bring our materials to life. This role blends event curation, content creation, and cross-team collaboration—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nConceptualise and execute showroom activations from intimate designer roundtables to hands-on homeowner engagement events.\n\nCurate and produce meaningful content such as showroom tour videos, story-driven features, coordination on installation highlights, and social-friendly snippets.\n\nCollaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to shape ideas, build narratives, and ensure every activation reflects the Lamitak brand experience.\n\nWork hand-in-hand with the Studio team for seamless on-site execution ensuring every event flows beautifully from start to finish.\n\nManage timelines, schedules, vendors, and all event logistics with precision and creativity.\n\nMaintain a consistent visual and experiential tone across all showroom touchpoints.\n\nKeep the showroom activation-ready-styling, spatial storytelling, displays, material setups, and visitor journey enhancements.\n\nTrack response and performance of events and content, gathering insights to refine and elevate future experiences.\n\nBring fresh ideas that push boundaries and make our showroom a place people want to return to.\n\nRequirements\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Media, Events Management, or a related creative field.\n\nMin. 3 years of relevant experience in design-led or lifestyle-driven environments (e.g. interior, architecture, furniture, lifestyle brands, exhibitions), with at least 1 year in a managerial role would be a plus.\n\nHands-on involvement in planning, coordinating, and executing events or activations—from concept to on-site delivery.\n\nHighly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive team player and self-driven individual.\n\nClear communication skills—verbal, written, and visual.\n\nEnergetic, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.\n\nA portfolio or personal social/media projects that demonstrate your creativity and understanding of content are highly valued.\n\nAdded Advantage\nExperience in interior, lifestyle, or design industries.\n\nFamiliarity with basic video editing or content production workflows.\n\nBackground in visual merchandising, event styling, or showroom management.\n\nAdditional Information\n5-day work week, Mon – Fri (8.30am – 6pm)\n\nBy submitting your application for this role, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data by TAK Products & Services Pte.
