The Account Reconciliation Supervisor is responsible for supervising our Account Reconciliation team members, reconciling client statements for jobs completed by our technicians and resolving any discrepancies.\n**PLEASE NOTE:This is not a remote position - you will be working from the TAK Corporate Office in Sioux Falls, Monday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM.**\nWhy TAK?\nFull Time - Must be able to work flexible hours as needed\nPaid Weekly\n Compensation: $53K - $60K annually, DOE\nFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nPaid Time Off\n401(k) with Company Match!\n25K Company Paid Life Insurance\nIndependent Work & Team Collaboration\nCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!\nThe Role\nAssist with supervising the Account Reconciliation team to ensure efficient and accurate account recon is performed\nWork with appropriate internal and external teams to correct discrepancies identified during reconciliation\nCreates and maintains multiple MS Excel reports to be shared with relevant teams; utilizing various data sources and editing/manipulating as needed\nCommunicates with Technicians regarding coding errors and needed resolutions\nPerform special projects as assigned by Director of Reconciliation\nAssist with reconciling all areas as needed\nRequirements\n6+ months of billing management or related management experience is preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPS, creating reports, pivot tables, and using various formulas)\nAbility to learn and utilize role-specific equipment and software\nExceptional organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nOutstanding interpersonal and customer service skills\nAbility to maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping relevant information confidential\nMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving\nPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)\nThe compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
