In this role you will operate drilling equipment in both standard and high-risk areas, with live utilities. You will perform conduit splicing, vault/pedestal placement and fiber/coax placement as well as general restoration and cleanup.\nWhy TAK?\nFull Time\nPaid Weekly\n Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour, DOE\nFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nPaid Time Off\n401(k) with Company Match!\n25K Company Paid Life Insurance\nCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!\nThe Role\nOperate drilling equipment to complete assigned projects\nComplete drilling in both standard and high-risk areas; with live utilities\nMaintain a working knowledge of utility depths and placements\nEnsure vehicles, equipment and tools are properly maintained, in good repair and secured in a safe manner\nReview field designs, communicating discrepancies to supervisor for change orders\nProperly document all work completed to include pothole and bore logs\nPerform conduit splicing, vault/pedestal placement and fiber/coax placement as needed\nComplete general restoration and cleanup\nComplete all projects with safety as the #1 priority, ensuring compliance with internal safety standards and all governmental orders\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\n3+ years of directional drilling experience required\nAbility to travel daily, ability to work outside of business hours when needed, overtime, holidays, evenings, weekends etc., in all seasons\nExcellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nHigh level of energy, motivation and attention to detail\nAbility to multi-task, shifting from one task to another without interruption\nAbility to work with a noise level from moderate to loud\nAbility to lift and carry up to 70lbs as needed\nAbility to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces or elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing in all weather conditions year round\nAbility to safely work and navigate various terrains, managing equipment, safety equipment and tools\nMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving\nClass A CDL preferred\nPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)\nThe compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
