In this role you will oversee the daily operation, ensure all tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner and meet organizational quality standards.\nWhy TAK?\nFull Time\nPaid Weekly\n Compensation: $70K - $80K annually, DOE\nFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nPaid Time Off\n401(k) with Company Match\n25K Company Paid Life Insurance\nIndependent Work & Team Collaboration\nCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!\nThe Role\nOversee the daily operation of assigned market\nEnsure all tasks assigned to your market are completed in a timely manner and meet organizational quality standards\nBe the market “expert” and “go to” resource spending 80%+ time in the field\nParticipate in the onboarding of new contractor crews\nReview 10% + market completed work monthly and provide feedback\nSupport the warehouse teams with tracking and collecting of all required client equipment from assigned market\nEnsure that resources (i.e. company, and client equipment, meters, PDA’s, etc) are secured and maintained in proper working order\nKeep safety as your #1 priority; ensuring contracted crews adhere to safety standards, and all federal, state and local laws\nExceed client and company performance metrics for assigned market\nWork in a variety of environments; indoors, outdoors, tight spaces and elevated\nStrive to provide the best customer experience every day\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements\n3+ years of cable, broadband or telecommunications construction experience required (specifically, drop bury knowledge)\nPrior leadership experience a plus\nAbility to travel daily, open to a variety of schedules and accessible as the point of escalation\nExcellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers\nAbility to give feedback; positive and negative when needed\nStrong desire to grow and develop team members\nAbility to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time\nAbility to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools\nA body weight of no more than 275 pounds to perform ladder work safely. **Safety is our #1 Priority.
