In this role, you will support daily security operations for our IT team. This role involves hands-on management of security tools and processes, incident investigation, user education, and compliance support in a dynamic environment.\n**This role will be onsite daily at our corporate office. You must be willing and able to commute or relocate to Sioux Falls, SD**\n**Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future**\nWhy TAK?\nFull Time\nPaid Weekly\n Compensation: $60 - $90K annually, DOE\nFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nPaid Time Off\n401(k) with Company Match!\n25K Company Paid Life Insurance\nIndependent Work & Team Collaboration\nCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!\nThe Role\nManage and monitor XDR/MDR solutions for threat detection and response\nOversee the deployment and maintenance of EDR solutions across endpoints\nHandle messaging security to protect against email-based threats\nAdminister security configurations for Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants, including access controls and data protection\nManage firewalls, SASE endpoints, and VPN clients to ensure secure network access\nInvestigate and respond to security incidents, such as virus infections, credential theft, phishing attempts, and other anomalies\nCoordinate internal security education programs, including simulated phishing campaigns to enhance employee awareness\nAssist with compliance efforts by responding to customer audit requests and maintaining relevant documentation\nRequirements\n1-3 years of relevant IT or security experience preferred (including internships); eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting essential\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience and certifications)\nCertifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate; additional certs like CEH or GIAC a plus\nIntermediate knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat detection, incident response, and network security\nFamiliarity with tools like EDR/XDR platforms (e.g., Blue Ally, SentinelOne), firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sonicwall), SASE solutions (e.g., Cato Networks), and cloud security (Azure, M365)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail for investigating incidents\nExcellent communication skills for coordinating education and responding to audits\nMust provide a valid government-issued photo ID for verification; a driver’s license is required if the role involves driving\nPassing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)\nThe compensation and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
