In this role you will ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy of work performed by technicians. You will perform inspections post-install to ensure compliance to client specifications and complete reviews to ensure proper restoration of the area.\nWhy TAK?\nFull Time\nPaid Weekly\n Compensation: $20 - $26 per hour, DOE\nFull Benefits Package (Medical, Dental & Vision)\nPaid Time Off\n401(k) with Company Match!\n25K Company Paid Life Insurance\nIndependent Work & Team Collaboration\nCareer Development & Advancement Opportunities!\nThe Role\nEnsures timeliness, completeness and accuracy of work performed by technicians\nPerforms inspections post install to ensure compliance to client specifications\nCompletes reviews to ensure proper restoration of area\nCaptures photos and attach to the inspection report\nPerforms white line excavations and collects locate data\nVerifies the system is complying with all safety requirements\nPerforms work in a safe manner, following all OSHA and company guidelines\nPrioritizes, organizes and efficiently completes tasks to meet deadlines\nWorks in a variety of outdoor environments\nDrives Company vehicles responsibly and safely\nConducts and attends meetings as needed\nRequirements\n2+ years of telecommunications (i.e. cable, internet, telephone, wireless) industry experience required\nExperience with quality control and verifications\nExperience calling in Bluestakes a plus\nExperience with underground locates and the ability to use a compass for directional instructions\nBasic mechanical aptitude, ability to utilize hand tools for intended purposes\nAbility to travel daily around the Chicago metro area and open to a variety of schedules\nExcellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to learn and operate testing equipment and software/programs\nAbility to utilize hand tools, identify wire size/color and accurately utilize measuring devices\nAbility to carry, climb, operate, and work upon an extension ladder (approximately 28 feet high and 75 pounds)\nAbility to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time\nAbility to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools\nA body weight of no more than 275 pounds to perform ladder work safely. **Safety is our #1 Priority.
