For more corporate and product information please visit our website athttp://www.take2games.com.\nThe Challenge\nAn experienced compliance professional who will oversee compliance with our Global Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, third-party risk screening and diligence, and anti-corruption compliance for our India-based studios and operations. This role will also support the daily operations of the New York-based global compliance program within our legal department, including assisting with global training campaigns via the LRN platform, policy updates, and the daily operations of our global compliance program’s initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate will learn quickly and diligently within an active compliance function, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and work independently and professionally while knowing when to seek guidance. The role will work closely with legal, HR, audit, procurement and other business teams across the Company and its labels.\nWhat You’ll Take On\nIndia-Specific Third-Party Compliance & Due Diligence\nPerform due diligence of potential India-based suppliers and vendors\nConduct periodic audits of existing India-based vendors and suppliers to ensure strict adherence to our Supplier Code of Conduct\nAssist with compliance assessments, audits, investigations and other projects as needed\nWork with our Audit and Procurement teams to ensure reasonable, pro-competitive contractual terms\nReview third parties identified through the Company’s vendor onboarding process as requiring additional compliance review\nInitiate diligence reports on higher-risk vendors and review results for potential compliance concerns or red flags\nSupport of Policies & Procedures\nAssist with updates to global and regional compliance policies, procedures and guidance\nCoordinate policy updates and translations as needed, with other members of the legal team and outside counsel, where appropriate, to incorporate legal and regulatory developments into existing policies\nSupport the rollout and communication of new or updated policies\n Compliance Program Support\nSupport ongoing compliance initiatives relating to anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud prevention, whistleblowing, and other areas of the Company’s compliance program\nAssist with compliance assessments, audits, investigations and other projects as needed\nCompliance Training & Communications\nAssist with ongoing global compliance training campaigns within LRN training platform, launching LRN campaigns, tracking completion rates, and coordinating with HR to ensure timely completion of assignments\nMonitor compliance training mailbox and respond to employee questions and requests, escalate matters as appropriate\n\nWhat You Bring\nApproximately 5+ years of relevant corporate compliance, legal, regulatory, or audit experience\nExperience working with a global corporate compliance program strongly preferred\nStrong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines\nExperience with LRN compliance training platform strongly preferred\nComfortable working cross-functionally with legal, HR, audit, procurement and other business teams\nAbility to work independently, exercise excellent judgment, and exhibit a very high level of professionalism\nExhibits a practical and detail-oriented approach to compliance\nAbility to prioritize effectively, work across time zones in a very flexible manner\nExcellent English language oral and written communication skills \n\nWhat We Offer You:\nGreat Company Culture.
