This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly contribute to the continued success and growth of our global entertainment portfolio. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be instrumental in executing the recruitment strategy, focusing on attracting, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent. This role requires close partnership with business leaders across various functions, with a particular emphasis on our core studios and technical groups, while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.\n\nWhat You’ll Take On\nServe as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers and executive leadership, advising on market trends, compensation, and competitive talent landscape.\nManage the entire recruiting lifecycle from initial requisition creation and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.\nDevelop and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates for complex and hard-to-fill roles (e.g., Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Art).\nConduct thorough intake meetings, screen candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and motivation, and guide hiring teams on effective interview techniques and selection best practices.\nIdentify and implement improvements to our recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.\nMaintain meticulous record-keeping and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), providing regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress\nAct as a Take-Two Interactive brand ambassador, promoting our unique culture to attract passive and active talent.\n\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the gaming, technology, or high-growth entertainment industries.\nProven track record of successfully hiring for technical, product, or leadership roles in a highly competitive market.\nDeep expertise in various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted passive candidate engagement.\nExceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.\nStrong analytical skills and experience leveraging recruitment data (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, conversion rates) to inform strategies.\nHigh proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Greenhouse is a plus.\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n\nWhat We Offer You\nGreat Company Culture.
