Based onsite at the 2K Games Dublin studio, this role serves as a key operational anchor for local facilities, health and safety, vendor performance, and workplace experience, while working closely with and reporting to the broader T2 regional and global workplace management team.\nThis hands-on role reports to the Senior Workplace Manager and is responsible for ensuring a clean, fully functional, compliant, and comfortable studio environment. The ideal candidate brings strong ownership, deep knowledge of facilities management and statutory compliance, vendor management expertise, and a customer-first mindset. \nThis is a full-time, onsite role, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work or out-of-hours response may be required during busy periods or critical emergencies.\nWhat You’ll Take On:\nOperational Management\nMaintain operational consistency across office footprint, alignment with T2 workplace policies, and clear escalation pathways for facilities and Health & Safety matters.\nMaintain consistent communication with the 2K Snr Operations Director and provide activity updates to the T2 Snr. Workplace Manager.\nAct as a key on-site workplace liaison for the 2K Dublin studio, visiting executives, employees, and third-party vendors.\nHelpdesk, CAFM, PPM\nOperate and manage the workplace helpdesk/ServiceNow queue for all planned and reactive maintenance, facilities requests, and general office tasks.\nUtilize CAFM/CMMS systems for logging, tracking, and closing facilities work orders within SLA and KPI targets.\nMaintain accurate asset tracking records and oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules for hard and soft services.\nHealth, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE)\nAct as Emergency Response Team (ERT) Lead for first aid and fire wardens.\nEnsure Health and Safety frameworks comply with local Irish regulations (HSA standards) and T2 global safety policies.\nTrack and audit statutory compliance and safety certifications across all studio spaces and vendor operations.\nConduct regular site safety inspections, maintain action registers, and coordinate risk assessments with third-party contractors.\nOrder and maintain stocks of first aid, fire safety, and emergency signage, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly enforced.\nFinancial Management & Administration\nReview supplier billing against purchase order terms and contract rates prior to payment processing.\nMonitor workplace Opex budget allocations for the Dublin site and assist in forecasting spend and raising vendor Purchase Orders (POs).\nEvaluate and support RFP processes for scope alignment and identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements .\nVendor Management & Office Operations\nLead day-to-day oversight of soft and hard facilities service providers (janitorial, maintenance, security, access control, M&E, HVAC) while collaborating with central relationship owners.\nLiaise between landlord, building management, lease holders, and T2 to ensure seamless building operations.\nSupport desk allocations and office seating plans using space management software (OfficeSpace).\nFacilitate employee onboarding/offboarding logistics not restricted to new starter presentations, courier arrangements\nSupport internal office moves, internal expansion projects, and supervise handyman or minor maintenance tasks as needed.\nWorkplace Experience & Continuous Improvement\nImplement sustainability and waste/recycling initiatives, in collaboration with T2 Eco Squad/Sustainability team, to maintain an environmentally conscious office space.\nIdentify cost-optimization opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.\nSupport and collaborate with the onsite Culinary & Events/Office Experience to provide a safe and functional environment for onsite events and experiences.\nWhat You Bring:\nExperience: Workplace, facilities, or office operations experience, preferably within a fast-paced creative, tech, or gaming environment.\n Health & Safety Expertise: Solid knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, HSA reporting, risk assessments, and statutory compliance (IOSH Managing Safely qualification required).\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency with CAFM/CMMS software, ServiceNow ticket queues, Google Workspace, MS Office 365, and space management tools.\nVendor & Project Oversight: Proven and demonstrable experience managing third-party facility vendors, reviewing quotes and raising POs, and supporting minor refurbishment or move projects.\nCommunication & Relationship Building: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with studio leadership, employees, and external suppliers.\nProblem Solving & Agility: Calm under pressure, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a positive, \"can-do\" attitude.\n Working Hours: Comfortable with fixed onsite working hours (Monday - Friday).\n Certifications (Desirable): First Aid, Fire Safety Warden, or Manual Handling certifications.\nTake-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
