You'll be joining a team powered by Takealot Group's core values. \nThis position reports to the : Regional Franchise Operations Manager.\nYour responsibilities can include:\nFranchise Management - Independent Contract (IC) Drivers -\nConduct in field Driver Shifting Inspection Audits in accordance with the compliance standard operating procedure (SOP) documents;\nConduct in field Driver Vehicle Inspection Audits in accordance with the compliance standard operating procedure (SOP) documents;\nRemove Drivers from shift if they are non-compliant and fail the inspection audits conducted;\nReport the results of the inspection audits to the Hub Owners, Hub Managers and Franchise Management Team, detailing areas of focus for attention and corrective behavior;\nReport on repeat offenders and institute corrective actions and re-training.\nPick N Pay Takealot Pickup Point (TPP) -\nEscalate issues experienced during day-to-day operations;\nWeekly support visits to support improved business operations - act as a consultant to the Pick N Pay Store management to drive business success;\nDriving the company policies, procedures and brand standards through regular auditing processes;\nMonitoring and measuring branch performance and productivity against Service Level Agreement’s (SLA’s) through system checks and reports;\nPresenting solutions to solve problems to help drive the momentum and success of the Pick N Pay Takealot Pickup Point customer service offering.\nGeneral \nGenerate reports on your findings in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Equivalent);\nAnalyze and report on trends in your areas;\nHold review meetings with the appropriate/respective management team;\nReview applicable SOP’s as they become due for review;\nMonitor compliance with regards to the applicable SOP’s;\nMeet Audit KPI’s;\nSupport Franchise Managers and Food Compliance Coordinators who are performing audits of their practice in the normal course of their duties;\nEnsure processing, compliance and administration duties are completed accurately and timeously;\nTake responsibility for matters and work assigned tasks;\nConduct housekeeping audits and any other audits that may be assigned.\nMust be willing and able to work the required days/hours for the role\nTuesday to Saturday\n11am to 8pm daily\nQualifications and experience:\nMatric (Grade 12)\nNQF Level 4/ Diploma advantages\n1-2 Years’ experience in a supervisory role within a Franchise business and/or hospitality industry\nPrevious operational auditing experience will be advantageous\nMust be competent in Microsoft Office or Google Equivalent\nMust have a valid driver’s license.\nAttributes required :\nExceptional organizational and compliance and administrative skills;\nHave a keen eye and attention to detail;\nMust be able to work under pressure,being able to manage high workloads from time to time;\nMust be able to think outside of the box and be proactive in your approach to your responsibilities;\nMust be a solutions-oriented and attention to detail individual - qualitatively (written SOP’s and email structure) and quantitatively (charts and tables);\nStrong analytical and critical thinking, using data to interpret and make informed decisions that are pragmatic and operationally practical;\nAbility to present ideas succinctly, both in writing and verbally;\nVersatile and with an appetite to learn from the experience of others and independently through experimentation and research;\nAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, but also maintain a focus on ranked priorities with the highest strategic impact.\nWhy Join TFS:\nPurpose-driven impact: Transform lives through logistics innovation\nAdvanced technology: Work with cutting-edge systems in a fast-paced environment\nCareer growth: Thrive in an agile space that champions continuous improvement\nInclusive culture: Your unique perspective drives extraordinary results\nAt TFS, your growth is our growth.
