You'll be joining a team powered by Takealot Group's core values. \nYour responsibilities will include\nMonitor and correct Drivers Profiles in line with SOP.\nProvide input on SOP reviews.\nConduct audits on all compliance documents.\nCapture the driver's details on Driver Verification Control Spreadsheet (Excel).\nAttend to the Driver Transfer mailbox and action transfer requests.\nTurn-off IC Drivers with expired documents and E-Learning.\nSend weekly emails to hubs informing them of expired documents and e-learning.\nAccurately compile verification stats on the assigned Monthly Recruitment & Verification letter and submit to relevant stakeholders i.e. Franchisee, Hub recruiter, FM & FCC.\nAction all verification requests via the Zendesk ticketing system.\nComplete daily reports on performance (Verification & Clean up).\nTake responsibility for matters and work assigned.\nAttend weekly team meetings timeously.\nAttributes required:\nExceptional organizational and compliance and administrative skills.\nHave a keen eye and attention to detail.\nMust be able to work under pressure and high workloads from time to time.\nMust be able to think outside of the box and be proactive in your approach to your responsibilities.\nA Solutions-oriented and attention to detail - qualitatively (written SOP’s and email structure) and quantitatively (charts and tables)\nStrong analytical and critical thinking, using data to interpret and inform decisions that are pragmatic and operationally practical.\nAbility to present ideas succinctly, in writing and verbally.\nVersatile and with an appetite to learn from the experience of others and independently through experimentation and research.\nAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, but also maintain a focus on ranked priorities with the highest strategic impact.\nQualifications and Experience:\nMatric\n1 - 2 Years Audit / Document Management Experience\nKYC & AML experience\nMust be knowledgeable on Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace\nKnows how to work under pressure\nWorks well in a team\nMust be computer literate.\nWhy Join TFS:\nPurpose-driven impact: Transform lives through logistics innovation\nAdvanced technology: Work with cutting-edge systems in a fast-paced environment\nCareer growth: Thrive in an agile space that champions continuous improvement\nInclusive culture: Your unique perspective drives extraordinary results\nAt TFS, your growth is our growth.
