We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package a great work environment, and a promise that you won’t be bored as long as you are prepared for a challenge and want to build something great\nThis role reports to the Data Compliance Team leader and is a unique opportunity to work in a high-performance Specialist B2B & B2C environment supporting the Takealot group.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nAddress and escalate Data Subject requests via all applicable incoming channels.\nEngage with relevant stakeholders to resolve tracking of data requests.\nConduct eligibility checks for Data requests.\nProvide ideas/actions to drive process & system improvement about data subject contacts across the Takealot.group\nManage/adhere all SLAs about POPI data requests.\nCarry out internal audit procedures regularly about internal compliance practices including SOPs & Policy changes for new and existing features across brands.\nReview and identify data subject information to support the Information Officer.\nWork with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory risk.\nQualifications & Experience required:\nSenior Certificate or Higher\nMinimum 2 years of strong experience in a specialist role\nExcel, SQL, Zendesk experience\nExperience in e-commerce, start-up, tech, or platform environment \nComplaints handling \n Skills required:\nCustomer Obsessed.\nPragmatic & Organised.\nStrong prioritisation and time management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nGreat interpersonal skills and a strong team player.\nStakeholder management is a plus! \nAttributes required:\nSolutions-oriented - you have a can-do attitude and high energy.\nIterative & innovative thinking - a love for problem-solving, keen to learn, and ability to think on your feet.\nComfortable in a start-up environment - fast-paced, dynamic, with many uncertainties!\nAnalytical mindset.
