Provide ongoing technical support and guidance.\nWork proactively to identify opportunities for process enhancements through technology, contributing to increased efficiency in warehouse operations.\nMaintain accurate documentation of systems, incidents, resolutions, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and continuous learning.\nAnalyzes and evaluates the technical performance and reliability of products, systems, and services against identified industry standards to ensure customer satisfaction.\nImplements technical service restorations and troubleshooting procedures for identifying, testing and diagnosing computer system and peripheral equipment faults.\nImplements and coordinates standards, procedures, processes, and daily activities for the operations group.\nSupports new technologies, data center performance and reliability.\nProvides input and recommendations regarding business continuity issues and improvements to the operations of systems and processes supported.\nInvestigates business requirements and proposes subsequent solutions.\nEnsures optimal availability of related systems, e.g., content production applications portfolio, in order to meet the contracted service levels for 2nd and 3rd level support.\nMinimum Required Qualification:\nNational diploma in Information Technology or equivalent experience\n3-5 years of experience in IT application support, preferably within a logistics or warehouse environment.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and best practices.\nAdvantageous:\nA+, N+, Active Directory\nWMS experience \nMicrosoft Infrastructure\nGoogle Cloud\nSkills, Knowledge & Abilities:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent Interpersonal skills\nProblem-solving skills\nAnalytical thinking\nPressure resilience\nResults orientation\nCreative thinking\nTeamwork\nLet’s talk about life @ Takealot Group\nNo doors: We aren’t fans of stuffy offices or siloed work environments.
