Think again!\nRequirements:\nQualifications & Experience:\nN6 certificate in Human Resource Management.\nThe skills we need:\nComputer Literacy\nStrong Attention to Detail\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nTime management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nMS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nData interpretation and presentation.\nBasic understanding of HR principles and practices. \nStrong organisational and administrative skills\nAttributes required: \nCollaborative\nCreative Energy\nHands on\nHave an opinion and voice it\nStrong communication skills\nStrong problem solving skills\nKey responsibilities:\nSupport the onboarding and induction process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the team.\nHelp maintain and update employee records and HR information systems with accuracy and confidentiality. \nProvide general administrative support across the HR and operations function.\nMaintain and update various operational trackers, spreadsheets, and employee records with a high degree of accuracy. \nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the business to support HR and operational objectives.\nAssist with the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives and help coordinate internal events and wellness programmes.Contribute to the development and review of HR policies, procedures, and standard operating documentation.\n\nAssist with administrative support for disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.\nThis is an 18-month contract position. \nHigh Level: \nAt the takealot Group, our Internship programme will help you build both technical and soft-skills to launch your career, learning from the best in the business.
