If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you!\nAbout the role:\n The purpose of this role is to execute, manage and improve our operations support functions.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nOperational Support and Efficiency:\nAssist in managing day-to-day operations across various business verticals within MrD, contributing to smooth and efficient trade operations.\nMap existing \"as-is\" operational workflows, identify systemic inefficiencies, and design optimised \"to-be\" process architectures\nLeverage AI-powered automation tools to partially or fully automate manual processes.\nStructure and write clear operational guides for two distinct audiences: step-by-step SOPs for human teams and structured rule-sets/prompts for AI agents.\nEvaluate operational health through a process-driven lens, continuously monitoring and optimising the performance, accuracy, and quality of tasks handled by human teams and AI agents\nParticipate in the implementation and refinement of operational processes to boost trading efficiency on the MrD platform.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational processes, using data to inform and guide decisions.\nData Analysis and Reporting:\nAnalysis of operational data to generate actionable insights aimed at improving customer experience, efficiency and cost optimisation\nSupport in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement.\nAutomate manual and routine reporting workflows leverage generative AI tools\nBuild, update and refine operational dashboards\nSkills & Attributes required:\nStrong analytical ability supported by solid Excel skills, showcasing the capability to dissect data and derive meaningful insights.\nAbility to identify areas of improvement, indicating a proactive stance towards enhancing processes and outcomes.\nEnterprising spirit and ability to take ownership of tasks, reflecting a drive to innovate and lead initiatives.\nWillingness to buy into the requirements of a fast-paced start-up environment, with an understanding that peak activity may occur after traditional hours, highlighting flexibility and dedication.\nAbility to verbalize as well as visualize findings and results, emphasizing the importance of clear and effective communication, both verbally and through visual means.\nStrong team player, indicating the importance of collaboration and mutual support within a team setting.\nQualifications:\nRelevant bachelor’s degree in commerce, engineering, finance or related field.\nAt least 3 years’ of experience in operations, particularly in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, Operations focused Management Consulting or a related fast-paced industry.\nProficiency in advanced Excel\nKnowledge of SQL or Python, Zendesk, Looker, Process Mapping Tools is advantageous\nLet’s talk about life @ Mr D\nThe power is in your hands: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
