HR Strategy and policies in the business ensuring alignment to strategy \nUndertake specific projects, in consultation with line management, to facilitate HR activities and enhance customer experience\nSupport Hiring managers with organisational design and all talent acquisition activities\nProvide timeous and relevant HR management information to all relevant stakeholders\nCoordinate payroll submissions and checks accurate and timeous delivery to ensure on time and accurate remuneration and benefits are paid to all employees\nPartner and support all employees with IR related incidents and processes\nSupport the onboarding process which includes drafting of contracts, gathering new starter data, ensuring first day readiness, induction etc.\nConduct onboarding for all new appointees into the division \nConduct 3-month stay interviews with all new appointees\nCoordinate all onboarding and resignation process to ensure a seamless transition for all parties\nEnsure all employee systems are kept up to date\nSupport all employee relations processes with templates, documentation, scheduling and updating the employee relations database \nProvide monthly reports to the queries \nSupport and assist with any recruitment initiatives and processes such as open days, career fairs and interviews\nSound knowledge of labour laws and policies \nProven project management skills \nProven experience in Industrial Relations including the CCMA\nSkills, Knowledge and Abilities required:\nExperience in an HR partnering capacity in a changing environment\nStrong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills \nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nGood problem solving and decision making skills\nGood working and theoretical knowledge of current legislation and HR policies\nAbility to work under pressure, show initiative and multitask\nHigh level of accuracy and analytical thinking\nProven PC literacy (Google Suite is preferable) and experience with HR information systems \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \nAble to present information verbally and in writing to facilitate decision making\nDemonstrates accuracy Qualifications and Experience:\nA degree in HR or related field: \nA minimum of a Bachelor of Technology Degree: HR Management or BCom HR Management or BCom Industrial Psychology or related field\n3-5
