Here, you will feel welcomed, respected, and valued as an important contributor to our diverse team.\nThe Opportunity\nThe DD&T Program Manager leads complex, cross-functional programs composed of multiple projects and epics across DD&T. This role is accountable for translating business strategy and desired outcomes into clearly structured, governed, and value-driven programs that span products, platforms, and services.\nThe role partners closely with Business Units / Business Functions (BU/BF), Product and Platform Owners, Technology Business Partners, and DD&T leadership to ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to Takeda’s strategic priorities, governance standards, and value realization expectations. Ideally candidate would work US time zone as they would be supporting Hub based program teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership & Delivery\nLead and direct a portfolio of interrelated projects and epics, ensuring alignment to business outcomes, strategic objectives, and roadmaps.\nOwn and manage program scope, schedule, cost, quality, dependencies, and risks, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes.\nMaintain a holistic view of program success factors, ensuring individual project execution supports broader program objectives.\nContinuously assess, prioritize, and rationalize programs and projects to maximize value delivery.\nEnsure teams understand and comply with DD&T governance frameworks, policies, and delivery standards.\nStakeholder Management\nServe as the primary point of accountability for program engagement with senior stakeholders and customers.\nCommunicate program status, milestones, risks, issues, and accomplishments clearly and consistently.\nFacilitate structured stakeholder conversations to drive alignment, escalation resolution, and decision-making.\nPartner with BU/BF leaders, Product and Platform owners, and Technology Business Partners to identify and deliver technology services that meet strategic needs.\nProvide transparency into resource needs, capacity constraints, interdependencies, and impacts across the portfolio.\nFinancial Management & Value Realization\nLead program estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking, including benefits realization.\nEnsure financial discipline through cost management, funding governance, and value-based prioritization.\nSupport business cases and investment decisions with financial analysis and value realization metrics.\nMonitor and report against program OKRs tied to delivery performance and business outcomes.\nRisk, Governance & Compliance\nIdentify, assess, and manage program-level risks and issues, driving mitigation and escalation when required.\nEnsure adherence to technology governance, security, compliance, and risk management standards.\nDrive disciplined change control and decision governance across the program lifecycle.\nExperience & Qualifications\n5-8 Years experience leading large, complex technology programs spanning multiple teams and delivery models.\nStrong background in project and program management as well as Agile/SAFE methodologies\nDemonstrated ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and technology leaders.\nExperience working with PPM tools such as Microsoft Project/Planner, Jira, or equivalent.\nStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and benefits realization.\nExperience operating within formal governance and portfolio management frameworks.\nLeadership & Impact\nOperates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.\nInfluences decisions across teams, platforms, and business units.\nDrives transparency, alignment, and disciplined execution across complex delivery landscapes.\nActs as a role model for DD&T delivery excellence, governance, and value-focused execution.\nBenefits:\nIt is our priority to provide competitive compensation and a benefit package that bridges your personal life with your professional career.
